MoMPt Plugin Download

Description:

MoMPt is an opensource project that offers a set of tools to access and control MediaPortal TV Server remotely from Linux. It allows users to watch live TV on Nokia N800, for instance.

The MoMPtPlugin is just a piece of this engine, which is a MediaPortal plugin that should be installed in the MediaPortal TV Server. The MoMPtPlugin export some functionalities, like the EPG, the scheduler (adding and removing schedules), the recorder (adding and removing recordings), etc., of MediaPortal TV Server using XML-RPC. Some additional functionalities are offered by MoMPtPlugin: transcode of realtime live TV,  transcode of recordings, that could be accessed by a webserver.

With the MoMPtPlugin installed, you can access MediaPortal TV Server functionalities from a internet tablet using the lib MoMPt. More information you can find on our project page .
