Issue #410: Added the ability to search for movies based on the title, cast

A random video in the folder will be played.

MediaPortal data directory. Mainly for IMDb+.

Tweaks
--------------------------------------------------------------------------------
**********: Added error message when an external skin or plugin passes
Moving Pictures an invalid parameter.
**********: All background mediainfo scans will now be halted when playback
begins.
**********: By default will no longer wait on file locks when importing
videos. Configurable in advanced settings.
**********: By default, importer will now update from active scraper scripts
until all fields are populated (previously only the first 3 were
called). Configurable in advanced settings.
**********: Added "popularity" field to movie manager. This is an arbitrary
field provided by a scraper script that the importer uses for
choosing the most likely correct match. Sometimes corresponds to
